Education: MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
Specialized or Technical Knowledge
· Good recruiting, staff selection skills
· Good presentation/facilitation skills
· Consultative/influence/facilitation skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong working knowledge of staffing techniques, compensation
practices and related
Critical experience
1-2 years of progressive HR experience
Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and
difficult situations
