I am working with a leading General Insurance Company (Private sector)
and we have an opening in HR. The position is based at Chennai.
We are looking for a 'systems savvy' HR Generalist
The role and responsibilities of the person will include :
- Implementation and monitoring of HR Policies and procedures
- Supporting Recruitment
- Supporting HRMIS
The preferred qualifications and experience are :
Qualifications - Graduate with post graduate qualifications in HRM.
Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Experience - 1 to 3 years experience in the HR department of a reputed
company. (preferable service industry)
Compensation: As per industry standards (depending on qualification and
experience)
