Responsibilities:
Galvanize company's HR initiatives.
Assist in Policy formulation.
Lead implimentation of strategy to attract talent.
Employee motivation & retention.
Recruitment & selection for managerial positions.
Development & application of latest employee development instruments in
HR management. Evolve Comp & Ben structure & review it periodically.
Performance management systems. Variable pay linked to performance.
Career/succession planning. Familiarity with latest in training,
benchmarking practices, HR audit & e-HR application is essential.
