Position : Head-HR and People Development
Location : Mumbai
Responsibilities:
* This position has a wide range of responsibilities covering all
aspects of HR operations and people development initiatives
* Manage the Fast Track program and Assessment Center initiatives
* Network with Premier Management schools
* Manage everyday HR operations at all the locations of the company in
India
* Guide and coach a team of senior HR Managers and their teams at all
locations
* Design and execute new employee development initiatives
* Design and implement innovative HR policies and practices
* Performance Management/Talent Management
* Manage HR Automation/ HR Dash Boards
* Employee communication / Employee contact programs
* Manage career growth and Individual Development Plans of employees
* Design innovative retention strategies and introduce best in class HR
practices
* Design and implement new initiatives in HR
* HR Branding / Organizational Surveys
* Communicate and ensure compliance of policies and procedures
Attributes of a right candidate:
* A professional with a Master's degree from a reputed institute
(Preferably from XLRI,TISS,SCMHRD)
* Relevant HR work experience of a minimum 15 + years as a generalist.
* Must be a strong manager of people and their expectations.
* Have managed at least 1500-2000 employee multi-location set up.
* Able to act as a business partner, prioritize multiple tasks and
effectively interact with all levels.
* Previous experience in a Software, ITES/ BPO related industry is
required.
