* Professional degree in HR Management from a reputed institution.
Masters degree preferred.
* 9 + years of total experience. Min 4yrs in IT.

skills, teamwork, strategic thinking, analytical skills, ability to
influence others, problem solve and interface/build relationships at all
levels of management.
* Good computer skills are a must for this position.
* Ability to work independently, proven track record, leading various
initiatives within HR, ability to work with individuals at all levels of
the organization, drive for results and initiative.
* Experience in progressive HR practices including recruitment, training
and development, Performance Management, HR MIS, HR policies and
procedures.
