Educational Qualification:
1. MBA- HR from premier institute/ university with good academic record.
2. Diploma in HRD/ HRM and/ or Diploma in Training and Development. (Additional if the MBA is not in HR).

Experience Level:
Must have at least 4- 6 years of experience in Learning & Development function in an MNC ITES organization.

Primary Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Program Manager would be to drive the wing to wing implementation and execution of the L&D Programs for all the Functions within the Organisation. This would include -
Plan and execute to defined timelines for key projects
Systematically managing the increasing demand of developmental training at the organisation
Providing a single home for all development training initiatives for the defined target audience in the different Lines of Business within the organisation
Providing economy of scale for the different Functions
Ensuring Competence Development for target audience by leveraging and balancing internal knowledge & external resources
Managing & Deliver Training Sessions
Ensuring qualitative and quantitative measurement of training outcome
Ensuring standardization and consistency in training delivery through a common system for Logistics of programs
Executing and Managing a cyclic Training Needs
Identification program for the organisation keeping in mind the respective Function specific needs
Defining a system for capturing training data, creating indices for data reporting and dashboards
Driving Material ownership  development of content & updating of version of all the material
Work as a point of contact for Integration of Behavior
Skills across the hierarchy to support a single career development plan
Develop and maintain the vendor database of External Training Sources based on the Program Needs

Additional Responsibilities
Represent training as an account Manager for defined Functions
Manage other smaller projects & programs independently including end to end planning and execution+
