Job Description
As Head - IT Recruitments responsible for initiating & implementing
recruitment strategy, e-recruitment strategy; streamline recruitment
related initiatives for smooth process flow to improve team
productivity; ability to drive & lead his/her team & meet targets.
Candidate profile :
7-8 yrs exp in IT recruitments. Preferably an MBA with keen
managerial skills to design/implement recruitment initiatives; ability
to drive, manage & lead a team; ability to meet target deadlines.
Preferably with experience in other HR areas too.
