Must have exposure in soft skill training as a trainer.
Must be conversant with latest practices / interventions in the T&D
function.
Should be able to design appropriate customised programs in the soft
skills are as per user reqts.
Excellent comunication skills, analytical abilities & client facing
skills
Team player with ability to relate to business requirements.
Work well with various levels of organisation and across various groups.
High energy levels with ability to handle stress.
Self motivated with exceptional work ethic
Working knowledge of Ms Office tools.
