A leading global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company with proven

and Nashik in India. Its service offering includes transaction
processing in the areas of Accounting and Finance, Core
Business Administration, Marketing Program Support, HR Administration
and Benefits Management, Research & Knowledge Services in addition to
Client Interaction Management. For its Service Center based in Mumbai
they require:

1. Assistant Manager Sourcing:
Provide strategic direction to sourcing team. Ensure effective
utilisation of sources across
different verticals. Work with sourcing team on all locational
requirements. Ensure effective utilisation of job sites at all levels.
Manage sourcing team. Make sure recruitment process is
followed flawlessly, zero NCRs. Establish relationships with right
campuses keeping in mind current & future requirements.The candidate
should have 4 years prior experience of which at least 2 in BPO
industry, Good Man-management skills, Experience in dealing with
different sources of recruitment in BPO industry, Should have handled
big ramp-ups, Bring innovation in the team. The candidate should be PG
in HR & have 4-6 yrs experience of which at least 2 yrs should be in the
BPO industry.

2. Senior Executive HR:
The candidate will assist HR team in keeping HR master data updated,
generating monthly MIS and updating of personal records. Process
resignation cases. Handle employee queries, employee communication,
Handling disciplinary cases, generating of offer letters. Confirming to
ISO norms. Help in issuing employee letters on need basis. The candidate
should have Good communication skills, Proficiency in MSOffice, Ability
to create excellent PowerPoint presentations & reports, Willingness to
work in shifts (late evenings). Previous work exp on ERPs like
peoplesoft / SAP HR will be an advantage. The candidate should be a
graduate & have 3 + years prior experience
