Responsible for providing assistance, interpretation, guidance and
consultation to HR policies, programs and practices Responsible for
managing Compensation, HRIS, Management Recruitment and Company
Recognition Programmes across Bangalore & Pune.

Desired Profile:

MBA from a Premier Institute with 5 - 6 years experience in an MNC IT
/ITES Company

Should have handled all gamuts of HR, primarily Compensation & Benefits
& Managerial Recruitment. Should have excellent written and oral
communication skills Should have strong anaytical skills Should be
comfortable in making presentations to groups of employees at all
levels. Required high energy, drive, initiative and a bias for action.
