Job Title: Area Human resource manager
Location: Chennai
Job Objective: Responsible for all HR, IR and administrative
activities of the plant and sales offices within the area. Support
management in design, development and implementation of the
organization structure to meet current and future business needs.
Develop staffing plans in consultation with the regional/unit heads
and coordinate recruitment, maintain harmonious industrial relation.
Responsible for all administrative activities.

Education : MBA or PG in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations
Experience: 4-7 years experience and 3 yrs exp in working in a
factory/unit
CTC: Open
