Ø 2-3 yrs experience in Managerial role.
Ø Screening and Shortlisting of Candidates as per requirements
Ø Constantly devising measures to increase the databank of available professionals.
Ø Updating database, preparing daily and weekly reports of recruitment activities.
Ø HRIS updating-Generation of Employee code, updating master database and validation of data.
Ø Handling Management Hiring.
Ø Ready to work in night shift
Education Background:
Should be an MBA –HR from a good B-School
2-3 yrs of post qualification experience.
Industry Background: IT, ITES or consulting organizations(hiring experience for BPO)
Compensation: Upto 8 LPA.
2. HR Manager –Deployment for a reputed International BPO in NCR.
Ø Will work as a generalistic HR
Ø Will work on HR Deployment, HRMS & OD interventions.
Ø Ready to work in night shifts twice a week.
Education: Should be an MBA –HR from Top B-Schools, 6-8 yrs of post qualification experience.
Compensation: Upto 8 LPA
