Roles & Responsibilities
The Resource Manager is primarily responsible for managing project
engagement staffing with a focus on balancing organization profit and
long-term client opportunity. This position develops and manages the
tactical and strategic resource plan and skill management process for
the area. Assists principals and project managers on assigning resources
who have the appropriate capabilities and required skills to be an
effective contributor to a specific client/customer project. This
individual must understand the skill set of available resources,
including those in other geographic areas.

Experience (No of years);8 - 12 yrs

Mandatory Skills
Works with area management and business units to become conversant on
key marketing and services strategies. Interfaces with all business
units to deploy appropriate resource to billable opportunities.
Coordinates cross-area resource sharing.

Proactively seeks projects and engagements where available resources can
be deployed and shared. Coordinates deployment of resources across
different business units. Negotiates any unique terms.

Manages the subcontractor procurement process. Negotiates with firm to
optimize price and quality. Finds creative ways to form profitable
alliances with key subcontractor firms

Good Communications skill . Leadership skills , analytical skills
