2. Senior Executive HR: The candidate will assist HR team in keeping HR master data updated, generating monthly MIS and updating of personal records. Process resignation cases. Handle employee queries, employee communication, Handling disciplinary cases, generating of offer letters. Confirming to ISO norms. Help in issuing employee letters on need basis. The candidate should have Good communication skills, Proficiency in MSOffice, Ability to create excellent PowerPoint presentations & reports, Willingness to work in shifts(late evenings). Previous work exp on ERPs like peoplesoft / SAP HR will be an advantage. The candidate should be a graduate & have 3 + years prior experience
