recruitment activities.
à HRIS updating-Generation of Employee code, updating master
database and validation of data.
à Handling Management Hiring.
à Ready to work in night shift
Education Background:
Should be an MBA ÂHR from a good B-School
2-3 yrs of post qualification experience.
Industry Background: IT, ITES or consulting organizations(hiring
experience for BPO)
Compensation: Upto 8 LPA.
2. HR Manager ÂDeployment for a reputed International BPO in NCR.
à Will work as a generalistic HR
à Will work on HR Deployment, HRMS & OD interventions.
à Ready to work in night shifts twice a week.
Education: Should be an MBA ÂHR from Top B-Schools, 6-8 yrs of post
qualification experience.
Compensation: Upto 8 LPA
