SearchWorks is an international executive search firm with offices in
Singapore, China, Mumbai and Bangalore. We are retained by our client
companies for several HR positions in Mumbai / Bangalore. Currently
working on the following 4 HR positions
1.Sr. Manager HR in the Financial services industry (No. 2 HR person to
take over as Head of HR in about 12 - 18 months timeframe, position
based in Mumbai)
2.Head HR in the Technology industry - Large MNC in the ATM industry
(Position based in Mumbai)
3.Head HR in the Technology industry - Mid sized progressive Indian IT
firm in the Infrastructure management space (Position based in
Bangalore)
4.OD Specialist in the Technology Industry - one of the largest IT firm
in the country (Position based in Pune / Mumbai)
Looking for an HR generalist with about 8 - 10 years of experience in
various aspects of HR (Recruiting, PMS, C&B, OD & Training, HRM). You
should be a post-graduate from a recognized institution and should have
some understanding of the industry for which you have applied.
Be familiar with the latest trends in the human capital practice,
Exhibits leadership qualities and have excellent communication
capability.
Compensation for all of the above is open and will depend on the
capability and experience of the person.
