Candidate Profile: 8-12 years of experience in various areas of HR with
last few years in a HR generalist role.Preferably an MBA with keen
managerial skills.
The position will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human
Resources for the base location managing the current HR team .

Responsibilities:
Hiring, Compensation and benefits administration, Retention, Employee
Engagement, Performance Management, Career Development, Soft Skills
Training, Associate Relations and setting up/ improving HR processes and
practices. As part of the responsibilities, the position will play a key
role in integrating the Mumbai center with co's practices and policies.

Candidate profile :
7-8 yrs exp in IT recruitments. Preferably an MBA with keen managerial
skills to design/ implement recruitment initiatives; ability to drive,
manage & lead a team; ability to meet target deadlines.
