Job Description
Building relationships with organizations
Understand various client requirements & specifications for respective
job openings.
Manage and build databases.
Build one-to-one relationships with candidates in the financial sector.
Willing to handle other HR initiatives as the organization grows

Location
Bandra - Bombay

Desired Profile
The incumbent should be a post-graduate preferably in Human Resources
with a zest for numbers. He/She should have excellent communication
skill in English, knowledge of MS Office, Internet etc.

Initiative, good at building relationships & able to handle job
independently. Ability to think creatively and willing to take risks.

Compensation will be as per industry standards. Excellent incentives.

Prior experience in recruitments would be an added advantage.
