We are currenly looking for
Manager – Training and Development for our client Leading MNC...

Educational Qualification-
Degree in Behavioural Science or MBA in HR, Diploma in Training &
Development (Desirable)

Skills & Knowledge requirement
·Strong business acumen and ability to link training to business needs.
·Planning and coordination skills.
·HRIS particularly with respect to tracking of training and other
associated MIS.
·Process orientation - should be able to revisit processes with a view
to improving the same.
·Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
·Demonstrated track record in facilitating change management and having
implemented such initiatives in large organizations.
·Knowledge of different learning styles and expertise in implementing
different training methodologies accordingly.
·Exposure to different training methodologies such as e-learning etc.

Experience
A minimum of 5-10 years experience with significant exposure to training
/ Organisation development either in a line function or from a
consulting background.

Salary- 8-12 Lacs
