by one of our US based clients. They have an opening for the post of a
HR Executive who will manage the entire HR gamut of operations for their
Bangalore based Development Centre.

Job Title: HR Executive

Company Profile: The client is into developing software products that
cater to the niche areas of Financial Value Chain Management. They
deliver credit risk management and collections software and services to
Fortune 1000 companies and financial institutions for the past decade.

Candidate Profile:
* Post Graduate or equivalent in Human Resources.
* 4 to 5 years of experience in HR (IT industry preferred)
* 3+ years of experience in Recruitment related activities.
* Awareness of Statutory compliances.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Job Description:
* Recruitment (full time and contract employees)
* Sourcing candidates, Short listing, Interviewing, Campus Recruitments
* Induction
* Co-ordination in Performance Management System, Technical Training and
other related activities like Compensation survey, etc
* Formulation and Implementation of HR Policies
* Payroll Management
