I represent Zend Consulting Services, a premier Executive Search Firm
specializing in IT and BFSI providing Middle and Senior Level Executive
Search services. We deal with some of the Top names in the IT and the
BFSI sector.

Our clients are a Very Large (Multi-Billion Dollar) and Very Reputed US
Based Fortune 100 Organization. They have their India Development Center
located in Bangalore. They are THE Top organization in their field of
operation and a very sought after employer in the world. They have over
2000 engineers working in core areas of software, services and hardware
in India.

At this time they are in the process of hiring:
1. an OD/OE Specialist (Total 5 to 8 years of experience - good
understanding and experience in OD / OE areas)

2. an HR Generalist (Total 4 to 8 years of experience - very good HR
Generalist experience required)

To Qualify for these positions you should:
- Have a PG in HR or Behavioral Sciences from a Reputed Institution
- Should have an experience of working in any of the Top organizations
in India
- Have a "non-recruitment" experience
- Have a very strong experience in HR
- Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills - both 1:1 & in
large groups
- Have demonstrated ability to partner effectively with both internal
and external partners and stakeholders
- Have demonstrated ability to work in a geographically dispersed team
setting
