We have a position as HR Head for India , based in Mumbai reporting
to the Country Manager India.
The client is ASPAC's leading corporate operating in the travel and
tourism sector with more than 9000 agency locations in 20 countries.
The job is to oversee the HR management functions such as organisation
development, performance appraisal, compensation management, training
and development, recruitment, termination or retirement and any other
duties/ projects as assigned.
key requirements:
·Strong knowledge of best-in-class HR practices
·In-depth knowledge of employment law and regulations.
·Ability to relate to both management and employees at all levels (to
meet the business requirements, whilst addressing employees needs).
·Integrate HR practices and systems such that they support the corporate
objectives.
·To be a change agent by driving improvement activities (with respect to
time, project cost and solutions quality).
·Strategies vs. operational excellence
·A self-starter with keen ability to work independently as well as in
teams.
·Minimum 8 years experience in human resources field with at least 3 to
5 years as supervisory role in a multi-cultural environment.
