Introduction:

Electrical energy is a scarce and costly resource and its effective
management, utilization and conservation is of top priority. Enercon
Systems, India seeks to make a significant contribution in the
conservation and management of energy. Enercon Systems started
operations in 1996. Since then we have pioneered the design,
development, and manufacture of Digital Meters and Energy Management
systems for industrial applications. We offer a complete "menu" of
products and solutions for Energy Management and conservation to all
segments of industrial and commercial consumers of power.

Essentially, this involves providing a range of:
•Products (like digital panel meters, energy meters, multi-function
meters and other metering devices)
•Energy Management System Software and
•Services like Energy Audit, Harmonic Audit, Power Quality Analysis,
Power Factor Management and Training for Corporate Organizations.

Role Definition
•Will be responsible for the areas of Recruitment, Performance
Management, Training and Development and Policy Administration
•Will be responsible for Industrial and Employee relations
•Will be responsible for Administration

Education/Qualifications
•MBA / Masters in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations

Experience
• 5-7 yrs


Skill & Knowledge Areas
•Experience in recruitment i.e filling up vacancies with quality people
in a time and cost effective manner
•Experience in employee relations i.e dealing with difficult internal
and external customers and being able to resolve interpersonal issues in
an effective manner
•Experience in training and development i.e identifying needs,
identifying appropriate programs, coordinating and scheduling programs,
recording effectiveness etc.

•Should be adaptable and flexible while dealing with people
•Should be able to build rapport and trust to gain support and
commitment
•Should be good at networking and influencing
•Should have good communication skills, both written and oral

Job Requirements/Responsibilities
•Recruitment & Selection
- Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and selecting appropriate
candidates for all positions
- Responsible for the retention of employees and for controlling
attrition
- Aligning the recruitment process with the organisation's business
objectives

•Performance Management
- Designing and implementing appropriate performance management systems
- Creating and maintaining job profiles for different job profiles
- Mapping skills/competencies for different jobs
- Responsible for performance appraisal including post appraisal
counseling or training if required

•Training and Development
- Institute training and development programs to enhance employee skill,
knowledge and productivity levels
- Career plan and development of employees with high potential
- Identifying training gaps
- Carrying out a gap analysis and bridging the gaps
- Isolating specific training and development needs of employees
(especially operators and sales staff) to improve production performance
and customer delight

•HR Policies
- Designing innovative and responsive HR policies with quick
implementation
- Maintainance and implementation of existing policies and procedures

•Industrial and Employee Relationship
- Designing/implementing new initiatives to increase employee
involvement/participation
