One of our clients, one of the prominent players in the field of
integrated information and technology applications in the global
financial services industry is looking for Head - Recruitment for their
operations in Bangalore. The person should have 10 - 12 yrs experience.
Should have handled large scale recruitment in a IT / BPO.
The person will be responsible for timeline driven recruitment,
development and management of vendors & vendor relationships, adhering
to hiring metrics and SLAs as also for managing and tracking hiring
budgets. Should have excellent communication and demonstrable leadership
skills, necessary for driving ambitious resourcing initiatives within
the company.
Compensation between 14 - 18 lakhs p.a. If interested pl respond ASAP
