Position: Sr. Manager Compensation and Benefits
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.. Develops and administers salary programs to ensure equitable and competitive salaries for all people.
2.. Oversees participation in benchmark surveys to collect and
analyze competitive salary information as it relates to our
salary competitiveness, job grades and range structures across multiple counties.
3.. Ensures that compensation and benefits programs
are achieving business objectives, improving company
performance, and rewarding and recognizing individual and team
contributions.
4.. Collaborates with the People Strategists and Head HR (if required) to define and develop corporate/country compensation and benefits philosophies and strategies.
5.. Provides counsel to line managers and helps people strategists in interactions with senior management on compensation and benefits related issues such as salary adjustments, internal policies and guidelines, impact of legislation changes, etc. Recommends corrective action where necessary.
6.. Successfully develops and conducts various training presentations with regard to compensation, benefits and systems.
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Qualification: MBA/Post graduate HR
Skills:
1. Compensation Benchmarking and creation of action plan for revision of compensation structure.
2. Design & Implementation of C&B Processes and Systems.
3. Design, development and deployment of comprehensive C&B Decision Support System/ MIS.
4. Automation of C&B Processes & Systems
