I am looking at 1997-99 XLRI/ TISS HR graduate for ABN AMRO Bank at L grade to head Chennai( Hydrabad, Bangalore, Chennai) Human Resources. The position would report to Group Head HR at Mumbai. There would be a support team of three direct reportees. Generalist HR role. Grade L is that of an AVP.
