We are looking for an MBA(Finance)/CA with at least 3 years of post qualification experience in a planning/budgeting/management reporting role to join the Planning & Strategy team in the capacity of a Financial Analyst. The position is based in Mumbai.

To support the business strategy development for the Company duly supported by the individual functional strategies, preparation of the rolling strategic plan and annual operating budgets, development and implementation of a comprehensive MIS package, support product development through expense modeling and monitoring.

To support the development of a six year rolling strategic plan for the company in line with the shareholder objectives
>Assist in preparation of a robust financial model Research and analyse

To ensure development of monthly functional operating budgets incl. headcount planning along with the consolidated operating budgets for the company
>Assist in preparation of a robust budgeting system Develop budgeting
>timetables Ensure functional inputs are received Monitor & control the
>budgeting process

To support preparation of MIS Reports to facilitate informed decision making and to review the actual performance of each function as against the budgets
>Obtain specific requirements from recipients Finalise the formats and
>timeline for reports Ensure maximum systems support to automate and
>document the reports Ensure timely preparation of reports

Maintenance of expense control procedures & policies and their adherence in their respective functions
