Designation : Deputy General Manager HR (DGM HR)
Experience : 10 years - 15 years
Location : Chennai, Kolkata, Cochin, Mumbai
Education : MBA in HR
Remuneration : 15 - 18 L

Job Description:

The position will handle the HR Operations for that particular
circle
Key activities include Recruitment, Performance Management,Employee Compensation, Employee Relations, Training, Knowledge Management,
Employee Development and Employee Communication.
Recruitment and manpower budgeting.
Plan and implement appropriate selection techniques.

Desired Profile :

The applicant must have a Strong exposure to Employment Branding.
Must be from a structured MNC background. Telecom, IT or FMCG
background preferred.
Minimum of 10 years experience is required.
Must be from a Premier Business School
Should possess exceptional Communication and Inter-personal skills.
Age 32-38 preferred.
