SR Finance Manager:

Responsibilities/Skills Required:

- Should be well-versed with revenue recognition (including software
licensing) policies and practices in software industry in compliance with US GAAP.

- Should have had exposure to all aspects of sales finance and general selling processes in the software industry (including Order Booking; Credit Control; Licensing models; discounting policies and commission payments).

- Should be able to work collaboratively with the sales team on the different deal structures and able to negotiate with the clients on the licensing agreements.

- Able to work collaboratively with the global legal team in the finalization of licensing and other related agreements.

- Should have good business judgment and able to think strategically.

- Should have experience in the maintenance of accounts as per US GAAP and Indian GAAP.

- Must be able to handle all compliance aspects including SOX Compliance and implementation of controls.

- Responsible for managing external relationships including regulatory and government filings.

- Should have had experience in the preparation of budgets, monitoring and variance analysis.

- Should have had exposure to Software Technology Parks of India

- (STPI) requirements/environment.

- Should have strong communication skills � verbal and written 8 to10 years of experience in high-tech/ software services industry in a managerial role managing a reasonable sized team. Prior experience of working for MNC (either foreign or Indian) is desirable
