Eperience : 18-20 years exp in Agri Input salesand Marketing of R& D
Location : Mumbai/Delhi
Job Responsibilities:
a.. The incumbent would be responsible for setting and achieving sales and other defined targets of his regional team
b.. Will liaise closely with the Marketing for Promotion initiatives
c.. Will be responsible for negotiation of Artists, Events and distribution partners
d.. Will create new products by either acquiring Music content or creating new content for the Region.
e.. Build strong network for Digital Media and build businesses with Telecom Companies, FM channels, Equipment Manufacturers like Nokia etc., Televison Channels.
f.. Define promotional strategies for new products
g.. Oversee Corporate accounts at the Regional Level
h.. Build a strong network and relationships within the industry
i.. Will be responsible for implementing the business plan as also for the P&L both on the revenue side as well as cost management.
j.. Lead and drive a motivated team by providing clarity on stated objectives and specific plans. Implementation of efficient systems and process within the Region.
