We have been retained by a leading MNC to recruit a Head of Marketing.
Job Description
The person will be leading a team of Marketing Managers and reporting to the Director Marketing, who in turn reports to the CEO.
KRA's
- Independently leading the complete marketing, advertising and brand communication activity
- Conceptualising and implementing the Marketing and Advertising strategy
- Controlling the marketing budgets
- Liaising with the advertising agencies
- Creating the above the line and below the line advertising strategy.
- Working closely with startegic partners on their Marketing Strategy
- Also managing Direct Marketing and Customer Acquisition.
Experience in Marketing within Financial Services - Insurance Banking, FMCG or Consumer Durable will be preferred sector is a must have. The ideal candidate will be from 95-97 batches.
Position is based in Gurgaon
Compensation is around 20 lakhs + bonus and relocation if applicable.
