Educational Qualification: CA / MBA regular, from Premier B-School only (1996 / 1995/ 1994 batch Only) Total experience: 10 - 12 years after completing post graduation
The incumbent should be working as Regional Head / National Head in a leading MNC BANK for at least 1 year. Should have at least 4 - 5 years of experience in MNC Bank Must have experience in Independent sales & commercial responsibility for the entire northern region. Prior experience in Volume delivery of the region and strategic orientation of with respect to independent territory. Closely monitor the sales system and processes in the region. Experience in leading, coaching, mentoring team of sales personnel & area heads Effective relationship mgmt skills with a keen awareness of customer needs Analytical approach, Strong modeling and structuring skills Ability to adapt to the changing contexts that need rapid response Sound Knowledge of market, credit & operational risk issues & regulatory guidelines Must have Consistently profitable trade history Good convincing Power Excellent Communication skills Stable career
