Basic Job Purpose Project Management
Dimensions of the Job
o Independent responsibility for leading key projects across
the Asia Pacific Consumer Bank.
o Identifying process re-engineering and cost saves
opportunities for the selected projects across the different
countries in the region.
o Identifying the best in class process among the varied
processes in different countries.
o Finalizing automation requirements.
o Stress on execution of identified opportunities.
Major Challenges
1 Creating a buy in for the project as well as
recommendations among different stakeholders including Centers Of
Excellence, Countries and International Technology Organization.
2 Adhering to project timelines
Candidate Specifications
1. Strong analytical & process definition skills
2. Operations experience. Preferably to also include
customer-servicing exposure.
3. Should have handled change management or other
projects
4. Should have 2-3 years of experience; MBA premiere B-
School or CA
Additional Information
Will entail overseas travel
