Overview:
As the Industry Head, you will be responsible to develop tight integration with US client engagement and pursuit teams and lead an execution team to seamlessly deliver high-quality products to enhance US consultant output. Along with the Advisory Center Head, you will set the strategic direction for the Advisory Center and build an industry-specific operating model and consulting processes for effective interaction and work-flow management.
Specifically, you will act as a key contact point for consultants and work interactively with US teams to understand consultant needs and structure output to enhance their capability. You will lead execution and provide oversight to complex client projects. You will oversee and perform client contextual fact-based secondary and primary research for value-added analysis and synthesis.

In addition you will lead the development of a deep industry-specific consulting capability. Finally, you will manage team training, evaluations and staffing - working with other Industry Team Leads to appropriately staff resources on high-priority engagements and engagements that improve their level of capability

In the medium to long term, this role will position you for a larger leadership role in our India operations or a consulting position in our US practice.

Responsibilities :
Act as a key point of contact for U.S. leadership, partners, and senior managers
Develop a consulting capability to enhance the quality and level of client delivery in the US
Develop a capability with deep industry knowledge rooted in fact-based research and analytics
Develop and manage relationships with S&O industry consultant lead partners
Understand consultant needs, problem-solve and scope work
Perform specialized analysis and develop well-structured documents
Manage all operations– recruiting, training, evaluation, staffing
Qualifications:
Eight to twelve years of total work experience
Six plus years of experience in strategy consulting specifically focused on the FSI,
Healthcare and TMT practice
Demonstrated experience in leading large strategic consulting engagements that have a significant fact-based client contextual research/analytics component
Ability to establish and manage operating processes for improved performance and proven track record at previous employment
Superior analytical/problem-solving and communication (both written and oral) skills
MBA from top tier school
Experience working with clients in US and/or past industry-specific experience preferred
