Job Profile:



- To plan recruitment as per the structure, across all categories and positions and Identify alternate sourcing strategies for manpower resources

- Recruit resources of the desired quality, as per the recruitment plan, and follow all procedures in this regard.

- Establish metrics for each element of the recruitment process

- Implementation of IT systems in HR to systematize processes

- Monitor and control budgets and assist other members of the department in monitoring budgets and minimizing costs

- Re-evaluate all employee benefits with the objective of rationalizing procedures, minimizing transaction costs and improving relevance

- Explore complete outsourcing of benefits administration to improve service delivery and enable scaling at lower costs
