excellent job opportunity in a leading Investment Bank for the position of Head Quality.

Head Quality.

1. Creating & Executing the Quality Strategy & Quality Goals for the Company
2. Creating & Deploying Productivity Roadmap for the Company
3. Driving Quality Improvement Targets across the Business using DMAIC
Methodology
4. Implementing Business Process Management System (BPMS) across all Service
Delivery & Enabling Processes
5. Developing & Implementing Quality Audit process as per COPC requirement
6. Conducting Quality Training on COPC & Six Sigma

Years of Experience: 15+ years exposure in Service Sector (financial)/ IT / with hands on experience in Quality standards
Should have exposure /experience to Six Sigma ; ISO tools & a certified quality professional (Master Black Belt).
Reporting is to the CEO.
