For our client, one of the largest Industrial Groups in India that is making a foray into Retailing in a big way, we are looking out for experienced Training professionals. Opportunities exist across all the states in the country across various levels in
Training.
These are the details of the openings and the brief job specifications:

1. State Training Heads:(25 Positions - Across all States)

15 years in the Retail Industry retail in Operations, Marketing,
Merchandising etc. with atleast five years in intensive training We are looking at professionals who: Understand training needs, strategise, plan and devise suitable
training programs
Have the capability to link it with producivity at all levels Other skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- People management skills
- Passion for training
- Retail background

2. Cluster Training Managers - (50 positions, two in each state) Retail/FMCG backround required Experience - 10 years Should be able to coordinate and train the store level trainers

3. Store Level Trainers
From Retail background with 5 years' experience
Atleast a third of his/her responsibilty to involve training Experience of training personnel at the store level must
