Key Accountabilities:
a.. Define & roll-out service philosophy
b.. Identify, define and roll-out elements of service culture across all channels
c.. Define service strategy roadmap, coordinate delivery
d.. Drive continuous improvements in service through continuous analysis of service metrics, and driving improvement projects
Experience : 5+ (atleast 3 yrs in service industry)
