Job Description
-The director is expected to provide operational direction to the BPO organization,
-including identification and implementation of new opportunities to support business strategies. ,
-instrumental in ensuring continuous development of the skill set of the operations teams
Job description
Communicate directly with our onshore partners to understand their requirements, priorities, and budgets
Provide leadership and direction to the staff
Monitor the quality and timeliness of deliveries
Actively work to attract, retain, and develop employees
Act as a champion and spokesperson for operations within the company and with onshore partners
Bring transparency in operations.
Strategize
