Account Manager (Technical)

I represent a reputed Executive Search firm based in Hyderabad by name
Intercon International. Our client (MNC - focused on search services)
is looking for Technical Account Manager. This position is based in
Delhi and job role includes :

* Manage and expand both strategic and technical relationships with
their global partners. Working with the world class organizations
and Fortune 500 companies should be second nature.
* To work closely with partner managers and sales directors on up
sell strategies, helping drive new business opportunities, and
maximizing the monetization of all the services .
* To take complete ownership of the technical relationship with
partners from technical implementation to on-going technology
communication .
* Acting as a liaison between partners and company's Product
Management team to ensure follow-up on technical communications.
Providing constructive feedback to product managers helps improve
product/service.
* Being the primary technical contact for partners the ability to
quickly understand and manage through all business issues and
technical challenges is a must.

Person Specification:
·Management graduate from IIMs/XLRI.
·5+ years experience in technical project management, program management, or professional services.
·3+ years of internet architecture and software development experience.
·Strong understanding of XML, HTML, JavaScript and Internet protocols.
·Solid understanding of UNIX/Linux.
·Broad technical knowledge of Internet products and technologies.
·Excellent project management skills and attention to details.
·Excellent organizational, analytical, negotiation, and influence skills.
