Business Manager - Bangalore
Work with the CEO to provide strategic direction and financial leadership to senior business teams, Instrumental in the formulation, development and execution of business strategy, Strategize and Manage the IPO for the company.
Prior experience of being part of a team which has done an IPO is essential, in addition you should have over 8 years of relevant experience post CA / MBA Finance from a premier B School.
Category Manager - Bangalore
Devising and implementing an appropriate trading strategy for the Category to achieve sustainable long term revenue, margin, quality and market share growth targets in line with the overall business strategy; Driving the development of appropriate product ranges;short term and long term sourcing strategies, implementing supplier management programs.
Prior experience in a FMCG company as Brand Managers / Category Managers essential. You should have 6-8 years of experience and have graduated from a Premier B School.
