Educational Qualification: CA / MBA regular, from a premier B-School
Total experience: 7 -11years

The incumbent should be working as Manager/Sr Manager-Finance for at least 2years. Some experience in imparting training on finance or accounts assignments will be prefered Sound understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts Strategic Planning & implementation capabilities Should have leadership qualities and have influencing skill
Prior expereince in Big 4/ MNC Bank/ Finance & Insurance Company/ Big Consulting firm/ other MNC will be prefered. Must have excellent communication & people mgmt skills Must have a stable career Willing to impart training.
