Managerial Positions @ OCWEN

please find attached the job descriptions of the positions we have currently open with us. Do get back to us with any queries that you might have. Typically ever candidate would go through the following rounds –

1. the Predictive Index (profiling inventory) – eliminating round
2. a 12 minute cognitive test (WPT) – eliminating round
3. initial HR screening
4. Panel interview with Sr.Manager /AGM
5. final interview with GM

Please find below the list of all positions currently open with Ocwen. Would appreciate your help in sourcing the right candidate.
1. 1 Manager – Performing Collections – Night Shift – Bangalore / Mumbai
2. 1 Operations Manager –Night Shift – Mumbai Job descriptions for all are attached.

Please ensure that all Manager Profiles fit the following
- a)Post Graduate from Top B School viz: IIMs, XLRI, SP Jain, ISB, JMIS, NITIE, MDI Gurgaon, IMT Ghaziabad, SIBM, NMIMS. This has to necessarily be full time and not distance learning.
b) Look for a 2002, 2003 pass out.
c) If this could be coupled with an engineering degree from lets say, IIT –
the chances of getting through our rounds are higher.
d) Excellent communication skills – we are an American Company.
e) Open to shifts
f) Identify such people from Banks, preferably in Sales – and that’s the target segment that would fit the bill. People from credit, Collections and Operations are also a decent fit. If you could narrow your search based on these parameters, the profiles should fit our requirements at the first level.We don’t necessarily look for people with experience in ITES. Rather, professionals from banks comprise our management in India.
