Our client established its presence in India in 1994 by acquiring the cellular license for Mumbai. It now has operations in 13 circles accounting for 70% of India's mobile subscriber base.

Job Profile
Overall P&L of the Branch
The person would be responsible for the respected zone handling team comprising of function heads (Area Managers) who in turn have their respective teams of channel managers and service executives with technical team having a dotted line.

Responsible for overall quality acquisitions, channel development, distribution and identification of Corporates and development. Developing skills of the team, guiding the team to plan and achieve the annual business plan.

Training and identification of exclusive channels which is the core competency of the above function.

Devise and implement strategies related to distribution increase in width and depth of activating and promoting outlets.

Handling the SAC for the cluster and ensuring the same to be under control without losing the market share. Creating excitement in channel partners, trade & within the team by various means of trade loads.

Ensuring the team understands the basic requirement of increase in distribution, sub base and revenue acquisition.

Preferable from FMCG Sector

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 8 – 12 years

Locations: Vijayawada
