Openings with Big 4, Mumbai

We are currently working on following positions for one of the BIG 4 in Mumbai--

1.Consultant/ Senior Consultant - Strategic & Commercial Intelligence (SCI)
· The person would be a part of the India SCI team. The work would be centred around transactions and would involve some of the following:
· Industry Landscape studies, Market Feasibility studies, Business growth strategies, Business/ Products portfolio strategy , Entry Strategy, Pre-deal evaluation, Business evaluation, Synergy evaluation, Deal evaluation, Commercial & Operational due diligence , Structuring advice, Role would require travel within the country and overseas

Skills & Competence Required:
· Strong and well rounded business and macro economic understanding
· Experience in industry studies, strategy formulation, business plan development, financial modelling, valuation, etc.
· Strong analytical bent of mind and structured
problem solving approach

Education Background & Work Experience:
· Engineer/ CA/ Finance Background from premier institutions and MBA from one of the leading Indian or International B Schools
· 2-3 years of experience in front line management consulting firms or investment bank an advantage

2. Position : Manager- Transaction Services
Location : Mumbai/Pune/Delhi

Candidate Profile
CA with 5-8 years of experience in Statutory Audit and Due Diligence. Even if the candidate has no experince in Due Dilegence but has a strong base in Statutory
Audit we could look at the profile. The candidate should preferrably be from a Big 4.

3. Profile for Manager – Business Development
Excellent presentation skills in order to promote the brand in the marketplace and sell its services
Good understanding of the professional services industry
Business Development
Build relationships particularly with middle management who would influence the service hire decisions
Identify individuals in the company with whom we must build relationships
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company and the industry through secondary research to identify opportunities
Gain primary insights into the company on a regular basis by meeting people and identifying opportunities
Introduce multi disciplinary team members to the right contacts at the target
Distribute the information acquired on the account on a daily basis to the core client service team members
Maintaining the updated record of wins, losses, sales pipeline and relationship matrix
Assist in doing debrief for major wins and losses
Assist in preparing pitches and presentations
Generate leads, submit proposals and see them through to closure, by working in cross-discipline teams

Desired profile:
Sales / Business development background in a professional services firm, with at least 4 years of working experience
Position located in Mumbai
Person should be willing to travel intensively within India

4. Position : Associate Vice President- Corporate Finance
(mainly valuations)
Location : Mumbai
Reporting to : Director/Partner, Corporate Finance

Candidate Profile
MBA /CA with 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance. The candidate should have experience in valuations, executing M&A Transactions and closing delays.
