Overview of the Organization
Our client is an international consumer products organization headquartered in US with operations in over 70 countries across the globe. It has been making home products for more than a hundred years and the international business of the company represents an estimated 60% of total sales. India is a strategic location in the APAC region and the company plans to expand its current portfolio of brands and products in the operations here.
The role is to lead the development of a the New product category. This will entail management of brand strategy/portfolio development, organization of market research, development and execution of advertising and promotional plans to support new product launches.
The role will also entail initiating marketing activities in export markets of Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
The role reports into the Marketing Head for India who in turn reports into Group General Manager - South Asia.
