Our client, a leading BPO Company offering multiple services to various business segments, including but not limited to Finance & Accounting, HR Outsourcing, Knowledge Services, Order Management, Procurement in Industry Verticals like Banking to Insurance, Healthcare, Automotive, Energy, Utilities etc. is looking for a 'Manager Recruitment' at Bangalore / Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely hiring of quality resources that meet the specifications as per the staffing plan of various verticals
* Guide, train and develop the entry-level recruitment team in the performance of their duties
* Liaise with internal customers (departmental heads etc.) and external vendors (agencies, consultants etc.) in order to proactively identify and remove recruitment roadblocks
* Plan and execute hiring events on a multi-location, multi-sourcing partner basis
Education : Full-Time MBA
Experience : 7 - 10 years entry-level and lateral, mass-recruitment experience with a pedigreed company/consultancy from a sector where mass-hiring is a prevalent norm (IT-ITES, insurance etc.)
