We have been retained by a leading Global Broadcasting Co. Ltd. Our client is the largest media conglomerate in south Asia, with Leadership in newspaper publishing; magazines; music retailing; Radio; Internet; interactive media; mobile services and lifestyle television.

1) SR.Manager-HR :- Experience required :-6-8 yrs,Location:- Mumbai.

JD is as follows
Designing HR and related policies
Compensation & Benefits – Design and Execution. Conducting
Compensation surveys and analyze results to help take compensation decisions.
Implementation of Performance Appraisal
Designing Rewards & Recognition Programmes
Exit Analysis, Induction and Corporate Projects
Benchmarking - Tracking competitors for Manpower nos, Stuctures,
Roles and functioning
Manpower Planning for Departments, studying and setting Productivity Norms
Maintaining HR MIS
Interaction with line managers

2) Assistant Mgr -HR , Experience required :- 3 yrs Plus ,
Location :-Mumbai

3) Sr.Execuitve :- Experience required is 1 yr Plus., Location :-
Mumbai

JD for the both the positions are as follows :-

Constant/Day to day interaction with line managers
Employee queries and complaints/ communications
Recruitment, Induction, Joining Formalities, Handling Exits, Full and final settlement
Tracking competitors for Manpower nos, Structures
Implementation of HR policies
Maintaining HR MIS
