Currently for one of our clients we have a vacancy to be based in Bangalore:

Associate HR Operations - SAP

1. HR Generalist: Operations SAP

Fair knowledge on SAP

Designation: Associate - HR operations.

Position Summary

Prospective employee should be a person with holistic background in Human Resources and Personnel Administration. This position is responsible for implementing / cascading integral part of HR Systems and providing seamless support (for change) across all the verticals in the organization.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Execution of SAP projects.

Implementation of Time Management.

Coordinating with operations for shift management

Maintaining HR operations data

Leave, Absence, Attendance, Over time Etc.

HR Admin Activities:

Performing activities related to, day to day Human Resource Operation.

Person will be a core team member of SAP Project.

Performing a Study on Organization's Time Data Management i.e. Leaves, Shift Management System, Treatment to Overtime, etc.

To manage Organizational Time Data & Policies with respect to payroll processing.

Parameters for hiring

Graduate /Post Graduate /MBA




Qualification:

1-4 years




Specific position related experience:

BPO / ITES / IT
