Job Description as below
A. Sales Management

Develop and manage pipeline (existing/new) of Tier 1 opportunities,
segmenting and qualifying the prospects so that Sylantro focuses its
efforts on the most productive opportunities. Closing beta customers
in region; obtaining commitments that they will fully test the
Sylantro system, integrate with supporting telco systems, and roll
out a serviced based on the system. Identify, develop and manage
revenue opportunities at key accounts and qualified prospects to
assigned revenue goals. Develop and prioritize a pipeline of
opportunities, qualifying the prospects so that Sylantro focuses its
efforts on the most productive opportunities, and forecast with a
high degree of accuracy. Achieve assigned quotas for annual sales
(revenue and usage growth) through creative and professional sales
activities and successful contract negotiations. Initiate, define,
and execute effective account management strategies and account plans
that further customer satisfaction, and successful project
completion.. Work with the rest of the Sylantro team; ensure that
customer's expectations are met in all areas – sales, service, and
product. The Sales organization will have primary responsibility as
the "owner" of the customer relationship.

B. Account Management

Participate as a member of customer account teams. Assist in the
development of long term business relationship with customers and
prospects. Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction with
Sylantro products, as well as with the Sylantro organization. Help
build a customer relationship which fosters partnership between
customer and Sylantro and contributes to our long-term mutual success.

C. Deployment Management

Take responsibility for overall deployment success of Sylantro
products with the service provider (from Sales perspective). Ensure
that each customer has a satisfactory business process and deployment
model.

D. Prior experience supporting telco carriers or application service
providers (ASP) required. Good foundation of understanding service
provider environment and operations processes.

E. Highest quality communication and presentation skills required.
Ability to communicate with customers in an organized and
professional manner, both written and oral.

F. Undergraduate technical degree preferred. Graduate business
degree or MBA a plus.

G. Travel may be up to 50%, depending on location.
